It is amazing what the internet has evolved into. So much of our lives are now shared so openly on so many different social media platforms. The crazy part that always blows my mind is that we share it with complete strangers!
If you haven’t noticed small handbags are kinda, sorta, my thing. First of all let me explain, they’re tiny and really cute. But mainly it’s because they also help me look taller in photos than most medium to large handbags (quite the illusion). Sounds crazy, I know, but I feel like large handbags drown me in photos.
For many this might seem as a surprise, but once upon a time when I was a little girl, I was totally not a fan of makeup. I never understood it. I hated how long I’d take my mom to get ready. I remember watching her carefully applying her eyeshadow and then her lipstick, every morning.
Self confidence comes in many forms. From the way you dress, to the way you do your makeup and the way you carry yourself. I truly believe it all makes a difference. With the holiday parties coming up, finding the perfect outfits can be a struggle. Am I right?
I’m a strong believer that whatever you put into your body it will show in your complexion. You will never meet someone who drinks frequently with little to no sleep and admire their skin. Alcohol dehydrates you and lack of sleep can cause stress, which is nearly impossible to hide.
One of my biggest pet peeves is being hungry and not having anything around to curb my appetite. If I’m running around and doing errands or going from work to the gym, it’s nice to have something light to get you through a few more hours. I am such a big foodie so I like to make sure I have a protein bar in my purse or gym bag, just in case.
The countdown has FINALLY begun and before you know it, the holidays will be here. Christmas tree’s will be pulled out of storage and dusted off to be elegantly decorated. Just as Menorah’s will be carefully placed and gradually lit in people’s homes. Traditions.
I have always been prone to bruises. Can you say clumsy Kitty? It’s the story of my life, it has never failed, right before a special event, that I’m really excited to wear a beautiful dress or just wanting to show my legs, I get a bruise. It is the worst and most frustrating feeling. Recently, I finally had enough and started testing out different methods on removing these unwanted little visitors.
They say breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. I’ll admit I’m not the best at this but always try to have something, even if it’s small. I believe it’s a great way to give your body the fuel it needs to start off your day.
