In today's video, I am really excited to review NARS Soft Matte Tinted Lip Balms. @NARS Cosmetics Nars recently launched six new limited edition Nude lip shades. Luckily, I was able to get my hands on four and as you can imagine, being a nude lip lover, I was very excited for this collection. I am really curious to see how mattifying, moisturizing, and pigmented these lip balms really are and if it is actually worth the cost.
