It’s happened to all of us. We make plans for ourselves the night before, to wake up and finish your errands/tasks but then find yourself fighting the idea to get out of bed. Before you know it, you open and close your eyes, only to find out it’s so late. Eek! So what happens? You bolt out of bed, obviously to start getting ready and think, what do I wear? The struggle can be too real sometimes. Too real. Who’s with me on this? I’m typically not a morning person, the idea of getting me out of bed can be a process, especially on my days off. Sometimes we just deserve a little more sleep, ya know?
So whenever I’m having one of those days, I love the idea of throwing on something comfy, lightweight, anything that makes the process, easy breezy. This is where this tracksuit from Zara came to the rescue, literally. From a college student, to a busy mom or girl on the go, a tracksuit can make life simpler in a jiffy. I honestly feel a tracksuit is something everyone should own. Why? Well it’s easy to dress up or down, by pairing it with a simple heel or sneaker. It’s amazing what an accessory can do, you can really change up the mood. In my case, I decided to style my tracksuit with a simple white tank from Love Culture, Steve Madden heels, modern handbag from Topshop and added a recent favorite, sunglasses from VYE.
I call this the look the white lie! Because it looks like I made an effort to get ready for the day but in reality, it wasn’t the case, but shhhh, don’t tell anyone. It’s our little secret!
